Banner operation
The privacy management banner activated on this site does not allow any profiling cookies to activate before the user has given consent. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Owner in the performance of the services provided by the site and subsequently, if required by the site itself, by contractual or legal obligations.
In case there are special sections of newsletter subscriptions or marketing services will be handled by specific disclosures.
OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
As per the provision of June 10, 2021 “Guidelines cookies and other tracking tools” the user of the site is free to authorize or not authorize profiling cookies according to his or her free choice and will. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The retention time of user choices referred to cookies is six months as required by the measure.
The retention time of cookies changes according to their type. For third-party profiling cookies, specifications on the relevant sites can be consulted directly.
The personal data processed for contact or economic purposes, will be processed for the mandatory time periods required by the relevant laws.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS EX ART 15 EU 2016/679
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulations). Requests should be made to the Data Controller at the references at the beginning of this policy.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in Art. 77 of the Regulations themselves, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulations).
